ya so this week i've been learning how to do stuff in the pro shop for example pluggin bowling balls, drilling bowling balls, cutting down plugs. all that stuff and i am now an "employee" in this shop (its in quotes because i dont have a work permit yet) I think its great im working here because there are a lot of nice people and tony reyes is the owner and is here almost everyday. right now i get to work off stuff i buy in here :)

here is the schedule for the new NCJBT season. i plan on bowling all of these tournaments. i missed the one in fremont but o well. the only one i might now bowl is the one in reno because its too long of a drive.

like the title says my team is this years summer jr. adult league champs. it was me and my team mate josh black. Josh didn't make it tonight but i still got to use his average. we needed to win 1 1/2 points to tonight to take it. we split 2 and 2. first game i lost by 77 pins shooting a 149. next game i decided to stay where i was at hit the ball harder and throw it harder and shot 257 to win the game by 57 sticks. then next game close the entire time i needed the first hit in the 10th to make sure we won i got it and then left a 10 pin and spared for 237 and won the game by 32 pins.  i ended this league with a 223 average.career high. now josh hasn't paid his league fee's for a while and if he doesn't then i get a vacant team mate with a 150 ave and about 40 sticks so either way we do win. and im almost hoping he doesnt pay because then i get about 100 bucks for the pro shop not counting the money get for high series. so im coming away with at least 100 bucks for the shop this summer season.

now tonight i learned a terrible truth about my "friends"(warning this will be long) this last weekend we went to the national bowling stadium in reno. i did not bowl well at all shooting 508 558 and 592. now i learned tonight that my so call "friends" have been spreading horrible lies. first off they said that i shot everything below 5 this didn't effect me very much just got a scoff of like wow. then next they said i got pissed and started kicking things. then that i was mouthing off to officials. and that officials were going to ban me from the stadium. also they said that i was verbaly abusing my friends. and then the worse is that i told one of my best friends mom and best friend to (i got several quotes on this) leave me the f**k alone. F**k off. and leave me alone B*tch. now here is what really happened honest to god. yes i did not bowl well at all. in this set i threw a 199 game and was irratated/mad i calmed down before the next game started and then went into my own head to control my emotions and figure out how to play the lanes. this goes on for a little while i tell on of my friends (is still a friend now) to not talk to me. he kindly said ok and understood what was going on. now we finished the 2nd game. the others think im pissed and im just going to explode when in reality i was cool and calm still trying to figure out the game. we then start the next game 2 frames or so go by and my best friends mom and best friend comes up to me and says some and i save "would u leave me alone" yes it was not the nicest tone. then we finish the game i shot a 232 and after the last shot i smiled and went and talked to my dad who knew what was going on and we laughed about stuff that had happened during that squad then we promptly left and talked in the car about random stuff. tonight i also learn that all my friends are apparently jealous of me and wanting me to fail at what i do. they just dont understand how much i put into this i was no better than they were but i made the decision to step up my game and give myself a real chance to be one of the pros when i get older.

now all of this. it really hurts me than people i have know for years and years are against me like this. but now i know the truth and im glad i am leaving them behind. perhaps i can make new and better friends who actually want me to succeed and give geniune congratulations or consolations when i bowl well or badly. so to u all who spread these rumors about me and want me to fail. have a good life and never talk to me again i am done with u.

not really sure when i last did anything with this but heres what i remember. i pretty much sucked on a league not shooting below 6 i believe then had to pre bowl shot 578 and 697 for the next 2 weeks. then i made my way down to san jose to stay with my dad and the day i got down there shot a 299 with a 10 pin that a messenger hit but still refused to go down. i'm currently trying to get a job in tony reyes's pro shop and so far it looks pretty good. the co owner of the shop has been teaching me how to do a lot of things. now the only thing left for me to learn is pretty much how to lay out a ball and drill it. made a new thumb mold and finally got them all put into my bowling balls. just got back from reno and put up dissapointing sets a 508 (171 158 179) 558 (175 192 191) and 592 (199 161 232) it took me the two days to finally find the right shot in the last game. the shot was and there is no way of denying it playing 25 to 7 or 8 this seemed to give about 3 boards to the right and left. there were also 5 300 games in this tournament.

now that we are caught up a little bit. im back in redding just waiting for league so i can finish it up and hopefully still win the league with nothing but roll offs and sweeper night. maybe i can win some money for the pro shop here before i leave again. well thats all for now ttyl

well today i decided to throw a brand new bowling ball in the oven to see if those stupid myths about the resin bleeding out of the ball is real. well it isn't. i first started by throwing a ball in the oven with over 200 games and watching the oil bleed out of the ball. then i threw a new ball in for the same time temperature everything and nothing. not a thing came out.

when the ball came out of the oven i used windex to wipe the surface clean then repeated until the oil stopped coming out.
